Once purchased has been authorised you will receive an email providing download, account or other appropriate details associated with your purchase. Every order will be confirmed with an email receipt.

We have recently implemented a number of changes that allow our users to transmit SMS messages more effectively and economically.
Selection options between economy or premium routes at the time of transmission allows the user to choose the most cost effective route appropriate to the message content being sent. This provides more flexibility compared to the one size fits all option from many of our competitors where you are required to specify the type of transmission route required when your account is established.
We have also provided, in response to client requests, a number of other valuable features including: a real time quotation service so that the user may identify the cost of sending a message prior to transmission - extremely valuable when sending large bulk transmissions large SMS message transmissions allowing a user to transmit messages up to a maximum of 1395 characters long enhanced message log, displaying the status of the message transmission from send to receipt.
Each SMS-BS Account is provided with a copy of SMS Desktop Manager Professional to allow the user to evaluate our service for 28 days with no further commitment. By registering as a SMS Business Solutions user, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
SMS Business Solutions shall protect client information using the same standard of care that it applies to safeguard its own confidential information and that the information shall be stored in such a way as to prevent any unauthorised disclosure thereof.
SMS Business Solutions will not disclose or use any information submitted by clients to the website for any purpose other than that for which the client is using the service for.
SMS Business Solutions users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and network operator requirements. Any complaint from a network operator would be regarded in a very serious light and the responsible SMS Business Solutions user could be suspended without a refund of its credits. SMS Business Solutions users are therefore advised to include their own contact details in their messages to ensure that complaints are directed at them and not at the network operator.
SMS Business Solutions may remove accounts from its system should complaints be received.
To protect the integrity of the system, SMS Business Solutions users may not send unlawful, obscene, abusive, harassing, threatening or obscene messages. Messages sent are stored and can be audited at any time. Users indemnify SMS Business Solutions against any losses suffered in the event that they don't comply to the above.
SMS Business Solutions will do its best to ensure successful delivery of all messages. Successful delivery depends on additional parties such as ISP's, telcos and network operators, hence SMS Business Solutions cannot guarantee delivery.
The number of credits used per message is subject to change, and also depends on the cost route used. The SMS Business Solutions service is provided as is. Users should verify which networks are covered. Changes may occur as to which networks are covered. Notices of changes, where possible, will be posted on our website and/or sent via email to users.
