If you use Outlook 2003 and are connected to an Exchange server then you have the ability to configure your calendar options to automatically accept or decline Meeting Requests. WS:Auto Accepts takes you to the next level by making this facility available to all users of Outlook, regardless of mail server and version of Outlook. It also introduces a wider range of acceptance option allowing you more control over from whom you accept invites and the conflicts conditions that may exist.

Download WS:AA to automate the management of meetings and automatically place them into your calendar or your colleagues calendar under strict control options. WS:AA allows you to automatically Accept; Reject; Tentatively Accept Meeting Requests, or leave in your Inbox for personal consideration.

Features of the WS:AA add-in:

	Manage all Meeting Requests or just those generated by WS:Repeat Appointment.
	Manage Meeting Requests received from everyone or just those from authorised users. Ideal for accepting Meeting Requests received from your Personal Assistant or other work colleague.
	Set invite action to Accept, Reject or Tentative when no conflict exists in your diary.
	If invite conflicts with an existing appointment, set the invite action depending upon the status of the existing appointment. If the conflict is against multiple appointments then they are handled in priority - Busy, Tentative, Out of Office and Free.
	Integrates directly into Outlook and runs automatically without need for user intervention (except for configuration options)
	Available for a FREE 28 day evaluation period before a purchased license if required.

WS:AA is part of the WS:Calendar Pack of WS:Addins. These may be purchased independently or as a packaged group. If you own a license from any member of the WS:Calendar Pack then you may purchase any other addin from the WS:Calendar Pack at a discount. Buy them all together and receive them at a larger discount

** WS:Auto Accept may require additional Microsoft files if they are not already installed on your machine. If these are not found during the installation, they can be downloaded from WS:Common here. If needed, download and install in the same manner as WS:Auto Accept.
