- Select the cell where you wish the report to begin
- Select the Data/Get External Data/Import Text File... menu option
- Select the file created by the Extract option in WS:Response Tracker
- You will then be presented with the Text Import Wizard
- You may step through the three steps of the wizard, or just select Finish as step 1
- Confirm the worksheet/cell location to place the imported data
- The data will then be displayed
