WS:Reverse View operates on emails created by either Outlook and Outlook Express and uses the header information created by these two applications.

If your email contains sections created by other email packages then please contact support to request support in a future release.

** WS:Reverse View may require additional Microsoft files if they are not already installed on your machine. If these are not found during the installation, they can be downloaded from WS:Common here. If needed, download and install in the same manner as WS:Reverse View.
